Below, you’ll find our Returns and Refund Policy designed to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent.

1. General Return Policy

  • Eligibility: You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Software that has been opened
    • Custom or special orders
    • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at sales@zipzap.in or call 9876091236
  •  Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.
  • Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item if it is lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping cost in such cases.
  • Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and ensure you receive the correct one at no additional cost.
